Notes:
Field Notes:
We went out side one day to look for mushrooms and we stumbled upon a faded red color buried under some decomposing leaves and pine needles. We uncovered some of it and found out it was a mushroom. We took a couple of pictures of it. When we examined it closely we found that it had little nibble marks taken out of the side we looked online and saw that when it had little nibble marks meant that snails have eaten the sides. Our mushroom is red with a red cap and a white stalk its gills are attached and it had a collar. We cut the stem and turned it right side up so we could get its spore print and the spore print color was white. The location of our mushroom is 43.582292° and -70.701237°.
