Urbanus must have any spots on the wings, that's make them tricky to ID. In yours there are no spots. It is a Flasher, Astraptes gilberti or actual taxon Astraptes alector hopfferi, Gilbert's Flasher.
From what I"ve read, the markings vary from population to population and the tails often wear off
