Description:

Damselflies have long thin bodies, are often brightly colored with oblong heads and bulging eyes. They fly mainly during the daylight hours and can fold their wings behind them where a dragonfly cannot. They live only from a few weeks to a few months.

Habitat:

Often found near water.

Notes:
