Description:

Dark yellow with kind of black stripes. Very small insect. Looks like a thin small fly ... This insect was just resting on this flower.

Notes:

No idea whatsoever what this insect is called, but have seen them around

It seems like a hover fly, they love daisies (many bugs do) but it's a big family.
