Field Notes

Description:

About 7cm wingspan. Blue with a black section of the abdomen. This species' appearance is somewhat deceptive, as it is actually a Damselfly (Suborder: Zygoptera), but looks like a typical Dragonfly.

Habitat:

Among tropical vegetation next to a creek in the Goldsborough Valley.
