Description:

First picture has thorns like a rose but does not bloom. They are all over this area in woods.

There is a "wild rose" that grows into large scraggly thickets. The flowers are small, and white, resembling almost a raspberry flower (same family.) In the fall, they develop lovely small (pea-sized) rosehips. Birds love these rosehips, and many crafty people (ahem....) love to use them in winter or holiday decorations. also makes a yummy tea chocked full of vitamin C.
