Field Notes

Habitat:

Oak woodland

Notes:

We live on a property with heavy oak and pine growth as well as many other native shrubs, very near a federal wilderness area. We commonly see rabbits, pack rats, quail, snakes, Hawks, javelina, coyotes as well as scat of other species. We knew a bobcat was in the area but this is our first sighting of it.
