Field Notes

Description:

Most likely escapees. Native to northern Africa.<br>
Large goose that is mostly gray on the chest and belly. Cinnamon Brown on the backs. Heads are mix of brown, gray and white with large cinnamon brown patch around the eyes. Some with a cinnamon ring on the neck.

Habitat:

These were found in a flooded field with White-faced Ibis and some other shorebirds
