Early in the morning and evening, these noisy birds come to my farm to feed on the fruit. In the region are called "cheos". /////

Yeah Liam, I too was thinking along those lines.. but was not sure. So asked for more pics :)

you are right, it´s very similar to Cyanocorax caeruleus.... I think there is another similar bird in mexico....
To make something out of that strangeness theory, maybe this is a small immigrant Azure Jay establishment in Arauca ;) Seriously though, the more I see at this pic, the more I spot small duller black patch at the neck (tending towards the blue). Maybe, this is a winter coat, or something like that.. I would like more pics of this to know more.

I was about to say the same, Saber. I also think its an Azur Jay (Cyanocorax caeruleus) but the range didn't match.
this is it's Azur Jay, normally he is not in this area of south america only in east south of brazil !
