Description:

•They eat insects and small invertebrates, especially arachnids.
•Their nests are made with spider webs and kapok seeds.
•They stand still in the air more time than most other species.

Habitat:

Forests, gardens, banana plantations
-I saw this hummingbird in Itaipava (RJ, Brazil)
