Description:
Large growth on trunk of tree.
Habitat:
Mixed tropical upland forest with native koa and ohia as well as alien species such as eucalyptus.
Notes:
Spotted just off the north side of Aiea Loop Trail; have noted similar growths (galls?) previously, but nothing so large.
