Notes:

It was buried under the sand when I first spotted it move after a diver's fin almost brushed it. First saw the eyes protruding and when it moved it exposed itself. Got out of the sand and "walked" a few inches and flashed its fins.
Dive and trek "Classroom", Batangas.
