Description:

Small black mosquito, ~ 5 mm long, with white markings on its legs and abdomen.

Habitat:

Insular tropical montane valley.

Notes:

Spotted along Lower Waimano Trail, on my left leg, having a mid-morning snack. It was its last meal.
