buyucca, I looked at the other photos I took. Nothing next to this one though in my list of photos. The ones I just uploaded here were from the same butterfly park and taken one after the other, with 10 photos between them and the original photo I uploaded. They may be the same. The only ones with blue on them. Photos not so clear though.
Did you find the other pictures??
I think I have 1 or 2 more views I can post... I'll try and find them. Yes, they were in a butterfly house in Mindo, Ecuador
I noticed the ventral shot after this spotting, so this one might actually be Heliconius erato cyrbia as well, if it is the same one! Wild one or Butterfly House?
Heliconius melpomene cythera OR Heliconius erato cyrbia. You can't separate them without a shot from the ventral side.
