I have looked it up at the page you given me and than I opened it at wiki aswell. The plant that I have seen was not higher then 5 to 6 feet and it was at the Arthurs Pas, wich is alpine area and not wet lands. this meens that it should probably be P.cookianum. Now I know why I don't know much on plants. ;-)
I've been looking at this too Tony. I'm inclined to think it's P.cookianaum which is supposed to have green inner tepals like in your photo and can have either yellow or red outer tepals. I also found a photo on this page (you need to scroll down almost to the bottom) which looks almost exactly like the flowers in your photo.
