A beautiful photo....a beautiful butterfly....beautiful color....
It is Rhetus dysonii. If you look at the hindwing/tails you see that the whole tail is blue (= Dysonii). In Periander there is a broader black margin around the blue part. The blue part on the forewing is extending about half of the wing (= Dysonii), whereas in Periander the blue is covering only about 1/3 from the body and the big blue patch is stepped. In Dysonii, as in yours, there are 2 pink spots (sometimes confluing), in Periander there is only 1 pink spot. http://butterfliesofamerica.com/t/Rhetus_dysoni_a.htm
