Just seen the date. I've found tubaria.furfuracea in new mills at time of year not sure about l.laccata
If it's.growing on the bark chippings then could be tubaria furfuracea? If growing in soil beneath could be laccaria laccata? Surrounding trees might be helpful laccaria laccata is mycorrhizal says Wikipedia. If base of stem is 'wooly' it could be wood wooly foot. I don't know mushrooms I'm just trying to point in the right direction
