Description:
Great Blue Heron Rookery that contains about 14 nests.
Habitat:
A foodplain that was once a large beaver pond. The dam was breached about two years ago, but the herons still return every year.
Notes:
The last two photos are of older fledgelings on two different nests. They were not present two weeks later.
