Description:
Came into my room one evening, lured by the light... It was later released without harm.
Habitat:
Bucharest, Romania
Notes:
”Wingspan 30-35 mm.
An autumnal species, flying in September and October, and a regular visitor to the mercury vapour light. The species is quite variable and there are a number of named forms.
The larvae feed on low plants when small, later consuming the leaves of various trees and shrubs.”
