Field Notes

Description:

The mushroom was hard.cap color was black. The stalk color was black and it was near the parking lot. The gills were attached and the spore print is black.It has no collar and the shape was circle for cap.cap size was the size of a silver dollar.

Habitat:

On the edge of the woods we found this mushroom.We found it in the shade on a hill too.it was under a bunch of wet soggy leaves and there were leaves all around the area.And it was late November when we went out.
