He was sitting in one of our orchids, I almost missed him.

I believe this is Eleutherodactylus ridens. The eye color, dark mark over the tympanum, red thigh color and overall coloration indicate E. ridens. Not sure how large this individual was but I'm assuming it was between 15-25mm.
