Yes the mountain is dry Most of the time the wild flowers which have bloomed in the rainy season put their seeds or whatever when they die out post monsoon in the soil Only to be regenerated in the next monsoon. I will post the picture of KAAS PLATEAU iT IS UNBELIEVABLE.
I spotted the same at KAAS Plateau.
Thanks for the information Shri. I love Utricularia and this is a very nice species. I presume when the mountain is barren that it is very dry?
Hi this Utricularia is an insectivorous plane. This is seen on a mountain plateau in Western Maharashtra a part of India only in the months of jun to sept. This period is post monsoon and the wild flowers bloom naturally on the plateau. Post sept the mountain again becomes barren.
