Description:

Green katydid with brown markings on forewings and red eyes. Pronounced ovipositor on females.

Habitat:

Resides in tall grasslands. Found throughout Oklahoma. Diet consists of grasses.

Notes:

Sound consists of alternating trill and short staccato clicks.
