Description:

Okay I found the correct reference. http://www.surfbirds.com/namericanbirds/heron-egret.html
The second or so identifier is the same as this guy! Yay!
Old: I had labeled this guy as a little egret because of his black beak & legs and yellow feet as per the description. What made me wonder is the yellow around his eyes and the fact that I'm in the states and the little egret is native to Europe, Africa and most of Asia (as per Wiki). His friend is a Great Egret and has his own spotting. After a little more research, I found the snowy description and knew I was onto something.
