I am never kidding ;-)... Remember there is also a topic: Natural HISTORY...
BAYUCCA, ARE YOU KIDDING? I AM A HISTORY TEACHER!!!!!!!! Well, maybe I can start a campaign... and find some other bug freaks... hummm...
Then it is about the time that YOU make such a bugguide of Brazil!! You have enough wonderful spottings! About my suggestions, please, let me know about the expert's opinion.
That is the problem, bayucca, we have very little information about brazilian insects out of academic sources, wich are very specialized. I mean, we don't have anything like a brazilian BugGuide, for example. I made contact with an entomologist, and I am going to see her next week, I think it will allow me to go a little further in the ID of my critters. Till there, I am accepting your sugestion, and fixing this guy's name. Thank you again.
Leptoglossus sp., however, I don't think that is Zonatus as seen in the link. Just to show you the similarities. You have to look for a species in Brazil. http://eol.org/pages/74387/entries/33764981/overview
