White Speculum and orange edged bill. Looks like a Gadwall female.

Doesn't look like I will ever see one!
The white is too extensive for it to be the speculum, and the head shape is wrong for Gadwall. I would like to say Gadwall hen, but it really looks like a Mallard to me.
