Description:
Yellowish body, with dark brown spots. Heavy body. Upto 1,2 metres long.
Habitat:
In rocky areas and coral reefs, from 3 to 40 metres depth. During the day staying in holes, feeds at night on fishes and crustaceans. In Eastern Pacific along Panamanian and Costa Rican coasts, as well as around Isla de Coco, Malpelo, and Galapagos islands
