Field Notes

Description:

Brightly white & pink coloured shrimp, about 5 centimetres in length.
Feeds on starfish & algae

Habitat:

In holes at rock & coral reef. Spotted this one at 12 metres depth.
Found all over the Pacific Ocean, including Hawaii.

Notes:

Known in spanish as "Camarón payaso".
