Description:

this ones are the palm trees that the Rose-ringed Parakeet use for feading and to take material for the nest,in boavista garden,in porto city,i know that they are palm trees but i ignored the species

Similar but I'm not sure. Washingtonia filifera. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Washingtonia_filifera_in_Palm_Canyon.jpg. But I don't know what common name is.
Hola Antonio I think this look like California fan palm they can grow to 20 m high.
