Description:

This is not an American Goldfinch. It turns out, it is a Pine Warbler. It has darker streaks on his chest and belly than the first post. he also has a lighter yellow/white eye ring, and what looks like black streak down each side of his chin - near his eyes.

Habitat:

He was enjoying a few bites of the suet.

This, I am pretty sure, is the American Goldfinch in the winter plumage...I saw him today to. I thought they were the same bird at first.
