Description:

Also known as Bulb Anemone, Bulb-tentacle Anemone, Bubble-tip Anemone, and Corn Anemone.

The feed on plankton, and grow to a width of about 40cm. This type of sea anemone plays host to 13 species of anemonefish.

Habitat:

Found on coral and rocky reefs, usually a brownish colour but can be found with pink or red tips. Widespread in the Indo-Pacific region, found at depths of 5 to 25m.
