Description:

This pics were taken when I visited a friend that lived in Cozumel.
There I learned that Cozumel owns the 3rd largest coral barrier in the world :)

Yes is very similar, it don´t have the yellow-gold spots and no blue ring around them ans the face is similar as well. I don´t think i have seen one like this before thanks again.
Though very similar at first sight, this is a Sharptail, the Golden-spotted is much more visually striking it has it's white/gold spots framed in a blurry blue/black ring which makes them stand out more.
