Field Notes

Description:

About 8 cm "long" this thing was hanging at the bottom of a branch. It was very close to the Golden Orb Spider that I showed you. It has some kind of different colour bands in it ( different colour earth??) It looks like clay/mud. I noticed it at the same time that I noticed that "my" Golden Orb Spider had "disapeared"

Habitat:

Phuket Thailand

Sorry it wasn't clear. I let you know that I moved your spotting from "other" (which refers to other "organisms") to the Arthropods category since it is a nest made by an insect (arthropod) species. Just for the community, a nest belongs in the same category as the animal that made that nest.
@SFrazier..... I dont really understand what you mean by that?!? Do you want me to move it?
Yes, the nests, hives, bowers etc mission is the right one. Thanks.
Hi Ava. Done ( I think) I joined an building and construction mission. Is it the right one?
It looks like some kind of wasp's nest. Please consider putting it in the Animal Architecture mission at http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8082378
