Field Notes

Description:

Small tree frog. Variable coloring. Brown to orange stripe down center of back. Triangular shape on head.

Habitat:

Breeds in freshwater. Both temporary and permanent.

Notes:

I thought this was one of the toads that are everywhere in my yard till I saw a flash of green.
