Description:

This leaf hopper is the only one that I have seen that is all black with a white outline. It is quite small and is no longer than 1/4" long. Photo was taken at night next to a lamp post.

Habitat:

Tropical dry forest in NW Costa Rica 8 weeks into the 6 month dry season.
