Habitat:

Common throughout North America. From suburbs, to parks, to wooded and coastal areas.

Notes:

Most of the raccoons I've seen here in South Florida tend to be brownish with less dense scraggly fur like this one. They also seem slimmer and have fainter dark markings on face and tail.
