Habitat:

disturbed fields, roadsides, rocky areas.

Notes:

Other common names include Indian Hemp and Teaweed. Note: there is also the very similar looking "Broomweed" Sida acuta. I am not 100% certain I've ID the species correctly or that it could be differentiated from this photo.
