Species ID Suggestions

Thanks for this interesting links, Martin. I think that fits quite good and give a good start. But I think it is not exactly the same species, might, however, be the same genus. Looking at the 2 examples I can see some symmetrical black spots, but on different locations on the forewing. In addition the white stripes on the hindwing seems to be more pronounced in the shot in the link and the color of the margin is also different, brown in the Noah shot and gray in the flickr shot. But I agree with Pyralidae and this would hopefully help for getting closer. I usually do not make genus or species IDs on Asian butterfly, since these are definitely out of my usual range.

I think this might be a Pyraloidea, meaning Pyralidae or Crambidae.
This looks like one of the geometridae moths similar to this one http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/geom/militaris.html but there are some important differences such as longer body and antennae.
gorgeous green moth -I hope you find out what he is called !
