Cool find! This spider you have here is a species of orbweaver (fishing spiders don't build webs like this). I would guess that this is from Genus Neoscona. I don't know if you have any other images of this spider, but it would help for identification if you have any clear shots of the dorsum (the back) as well as the underside.
