No, the problem this time was not the species itself but the NAME! I immediately knew it must be a Doxocopa not Adelpha (compare the scalopped apical forewing and the tail in Doxocopa) and I found also immediately the corresponding name: Doxocopa seraphina: http://www.entowinkler.at/jalbum_13/slides/Doxocopa%20seraphina%201oben%20a%20HW.html But this taxon is not "correct". Hübner called in 1925 this one Catargyra seraphina and the first was Godart in 1924 Nymphalis laurentia.
