Description:
This butterfly is more confined to the drier and more arid areas of the island. occasionally be found quite plentiful in certain localities.

Notes:
When plentiful in certain localities, it’s somewhat sedentary habits make it venerable to predation. It has a fast and erratic flight and often slowly opens and closes its wings wings while resting. Upon being disturbed it will fly vigorously and swiftly away, but will foolishly return to the same spot after a short while, and if disturbed again will repeat the entire process.
