Description:

large yellow and black abdomen, legs black with faint orange bands, size in second photo

Habitat:

urban, forest edge

Notes:

I spotted this in some bush near Duoyushi village near Yuangyang rice terraces. It was very slow moving maybe due to the chilly weather.
