Description:

Photo take at -70 ft in a Caribbean reef.
A small sea turtle chiefly of tropical waters that has a narrow pointed beak, two claws on each forelimb, and a carapace of overlapping thick horny plates of browntypically mottled with yellow.

Habitat:

Found predominantly in tropical reefs of the Indian, Pacific, Atlantic oceans.

Notes:

The World Conservation Union. classifies the Hawksbill as critically endangered

This is a gorgeous picture!!! Love it.
Yes its very rare but there is a local reef where we seen them often in a very flat reef whit allot of sponges where they like to feed.
Nice experience to see it when its an endangered species :)
