Field Notes

Description:

diagnostic pink wash on the breast which extends right down under the belly, black above, with a black throat and head, small white spot above the bil

Habitat:

Males in Tasmania may remain near or in their breeding range. Has been in the same area most of this year already , regular spotting of him most months .

Notes:

Pink Robins are endemic to (only found in) south-eastern Australia.
