Field Notes

Habitat:

Most range maps I've seen seem to be from Southern US. Varied host plants. Seen in suburbs, parks, home gardens.

Notes:

This one has made its "bag" from palm fronds, as it is living in one of my parent's areca palms. I caught it moving up the leaf the other day, which gave me the opportunity to photograph the caterpillar living inside. (at least its head and front legs.)
