Description:

olive backed,yellow in the front. Together in flocks. Literally make dives from top of the tree!
Tree has the Liquidambar syraciflua seed pods( sweet gum)

I think, the fruits are sweetgum...I see the birds often pecking at these fruits on these trees in my front yard
