I love macro photos of the jumping spiders. They're so adorable.
Sorry for the late identification. This spider may be a Epeus flavobilineatus http://habitatnews.nus.edu.sg/guidebooks/spiders/text/Epeus_flavobilineatus.htm Lyssomanes viridis is restricted to southeastern USA.
Beautiful picture; the spider´s details are amazing.
Some good info here on Jumping spider's eyes... http://tolweb.org/accessory/Jumping_Spider_Vision?acc_id=1946
Whoa.... Great spotting...Great Macro...!!
Amazing picture. Looks like the spider would wear sunglasses.
Wow! This is great! Thanks a lot! It's an honor! :)
Awesome shot! This is such an amazing spider! Its too bad you cant see their pupils. In jumping spiders, Ive seen macro shots where you can tell that the spider is actually looking at you.
Wow, look at those eyes! Congrats on Spotting of the Day! "The Magnolia Green Jumper is a cute spider usually sporting big forward-looking eyes and an animated green coloring with orange cap. With long legs, this jumping spider is an excellent hunter." Facebook: http://facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151232470380603 Twitter: http://twitter.com/projectnoah/status/165267776330678272

@Ceci - yep, they are real. When u shoot jumpers, you can see from their eyes the shape of your lens anf the white part is my DIY diffuser.
@kyros - i used an old canon 40D and an 18-55mm reverse lens on this shot. Thanks!
Amazing detail! What camera & macro lens are you using?
