Description:

A bug that I found in tree bark, I am almost 100% sure it's a Diurnal Firefly, but tell me if I am wrong. Also it was in sub-hibernation.

I don't know if this is correct, but from what I can see it appears as though it might be a firefly. There are quite a few species and some of which can be found in Massachusetts in the wintertime.
