Description:

Very large in size (hence the frequently used descriptive term "giant"). Slow moving.

Habitat:

Wetlands - muddly, wet, grassy fields

Notes:

It was amazing to see large groups of tortoises throughout this region moving from the highlands down to the lowlands.
