Wonderful spotting and photo. Though scared to death of spiders they still fascinate me. The web looks similar to our yellow and black orb weavers which are also Argiope

It is definitely an argiope...just wasn't sure which specific species. They are very close in some cases and the trick is to check geographical location as coloring can really vary even within the same species. What you have here is a female.
